Gusbourne - British Farming Awards Partner

Supplying the winners wine

Gusbourne is delighted to be supporting the British Farming Awards, celebrating the dedication, innovation and excellence of British farmers. As a producer of award-winning English sparkling wines, we understand first-hand the importance of craftsmanship, quality and sustainability—values that are deeply embedded in British farming.

At Gusbourne, we grow our own grapes across our vineyards in Kent and West Sussex. From carefully tending our vines to producing world-class wines, we share the same passion for working the land and respecting nature. Just as great wines start in the vineyard, the finest food and drink rely on the skill and dedication of farmers. By supporting these awards, we celebrate the invaluable contributions of British farmers and premium homegrown produce.

Farm Community Network (FCN)

Charity Partner

The Farming Community Network (FCN) is a voluntary organisation and charity that supports farmers, farming families, and those who work in the agricultural industry, through difficult times.

We seek to engage with farming people, build resilience and remove health inequalities, before problems arise.

FCN has a large network of volunteers with extensive life experience and farming knowledge across England and Wales. Most live and work within farming communities and have close links with agriculture, enabling them to understand the issues farmers and farming families regularly face. Our volunteers provide free and confidential support to anyone who seeks help, regardless of whether the issue is personal or business-related. In addition to local groups of volunteers who support the communities in which they are based, FCN runs a confidential national helpline (03000 111 999, open 7am-11pm every day of the year) and e-helpline (help@fcn.org.uk).

Somerset Spirit Company

Prize Supplier

At SOMERSET SPIRIT CO, we are passionate about crafting exceptional spirits that are deeply rooted in the traditions and natural beauty of Somerset. Our distillery stands out for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation — with a particular focus on our signature milk vodka, a spirit that redefines how we value and use ingredients.

Our milk vodka is made using locally sourced cheese whey, a by-product of the dairy industry. This unique process not only gives the vodka a remarkably smooth and creamy character but also supports a circular economy by up cycling what would otherwise be waste. Through a careful fermentation and distillation process, we transform this humble ingredient into a premium spirit — one that truly captures the spirit of Somerset. With farming in our roots, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with local farmers and dairies to source our ingredients, keeping food miles low and ensuring maximum freshness and traceability. Our approach is both traditional and forward-thinking: using time-honoured distilling methods alongside energy-efficient practices, recyclable packaging, and environmentally conscious design. From the apples in our orchard-inspired gins to the botanicals and whey that define our vodka, every bottle tells a story of craftsmanship, local heritage, and respect for the land. SOMERSET Spirit Co isn’t just about what’s in the bottle — it’s about how it got there. By turning milk into vodka, we’re not just making great spirits — we’re making a difference.
