You can enter as many categories as you like, but you must complete a separate submission for each category.

The awards are open to all UK farmers regardless of size, scale or sector.

Complete the simple, online form and follow the instructions.

Yes, we welcome any additional information you can give us to support your application. We also welcome supporting photographs and/or short videos.

The size and scale of your business is absolutely not being judged. The awards are specifically designed to recognise farmers who have gone that extra mile to innovate in their business.

The closing date is 14th July 2017.

An independent panel of judges will select all our winners. There will be a short telephone interview for all shortlisted entries so please keep the below dates free;

Tuesday 22nd August (AM) – Digital Innovator of the Year

Tuesday 22nd August (PM) – Family Farm

Wednesday 23rd August (AM) – Diversification Innovator of the year (Small to Medium)

Wednesday 23rd August (PM) – Diversification Innovator of the year (Large)

Thursday 24th August (AM) – Beef Innovator

Thursday 24th August (PM) – Dairy Innovator

Friday 25th August (AM) – Sheep Innovator

Friday 25th August (PM) – Arable Innovator

Tuesday 29th August (AM) – Machinery Innovator

Tuesday 29th August (PM) – New Entrant

Wednesday 30th August (AM) – Agricultural Student

Wednesday 30th August (PM) – Contractor Innovator

We will contact all shortlisted entrants by 11th August 2017.

The announcement of the winners will be made at the British Farming Awards on the 19th October 2017 at the National Conference Centre, Birmingham.
