Gregor Belcher
As a passionate advocate for agriculture, Gregor has seen first-hand the crucial role that it plays in our lives. Growing up on his uncle’s farm, he learned the value of hard work and the importance of sustainable farming practices, and went onto study BSc Hons Applied Farm Management at the Royal Agricultural University. His experience has informed his role at NFU Mutual where the team works to truly understand their customers' current and future needs – developing insurance solutions to support them.

Beth Gardner
Beth Gardner is an experienced ruminant nutritionist based in the North of England. Coming from a farming background in Lancashire, she then studied for an honour’s degree in Agriculture with Animal Science at Harper Adams University and has continued her studies now completing an MSc in Ruminant Nutrition at HAU. Beth joined Alltech in 2019, as an InTouch Feeding Specialist, firstly covering Scotland and currently North England. Beth’s role is to deliver independent feed advice to dairy, beef and sheep farmers, working with them to improve efficiencies across the farm.
